As a member of our community, Dr. Rieger is committed to improving smiles all throughout South Florida. Dr. Rieger's patients benefit from his years of diverse and extensive dental training, as well as his personable, one-on-one approach. Dr. Rieger has ample experience in all phases of dentistry, specifically cosmetic, general, and family dentistry. He utilizes only the most advanced, high-quality technology and techniques. Dr. Rieger's goal is to ensure his patients get the best possible dental care in the most comfortable and pleasant atmosphere.
Dr. Rieger was born in Long Island, New York. He is a second-generation dentist who received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the State University of New York in 1985. In 1993, Dr. Rieger relocated to Florida to enjoy a more active and bright lifestyle all year-round in the sunshine state. In his free time, Dr. Rieger enjoys traveling, sports, being outdoors, exercising, and spending time with his family.

Dr. Antonio Maceda-Johnson DMD was born in Caracas, Venezuela and was raised in Weston, FL. He graduated from Boston University School of Dental Medicine where he received his master's in biomedical science and DMD.
Dr. Maceda-Johnson specializes in cosmetic full mouth rehabilitation. During his studies at Boston University, he was awarded four medals from the Orchestra Association for his ability to teach and play guitar. Dr. Maceda Johnson is fluent in Spanish and understands some Portuguese and Italian. He has an identical twin brother and a younger sister.
During his free time, Dr. Maceda-Johnson enjoys playing guitar, oil painting. surfing at the beach, and rock climbing. Dr. Maceda-Johnson is interested in expanding his knowledge in dentistry and likes talking to his patients. He says he likes to "work with his hand because it brings him back to his artistic side.
As a third-generation dentist, creating a beautiful, healthy smile is part of Dr. Forrest’s DNA. Dr. Forrest has repeatedly distinguished himself as an industry leader in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry. Throughout his 20 years of experience, Dr. Forrest discovered that the ultimate patient experience necessitates a “team approach” to dental care. This means utilizing a team of varying dental specialists instead of just one to provide care for each patient regardless of their needs.
Dr. Forrest completed his clinical research at the University of Miami on the interdisciplinary management of cancer treatment, irradiation therapy, and implantology. This earned him the prestigious Straumann ITI Implant Dentistry Scholarship Award. While attending Dental School, Dr. Forrest completed two Periodontics externships at New York University and Harvard University.
Dr. Forrest completed his three-year specialty training in Periodontics and Implant Surgery at the University of Florida, Shands Hospital, earning his Master’s Degree focusing on Oral Immunology. Additionally, he is a faculty reviewer for the Periodontics Chapter in the McGraw Hill Clinical Dentistry textbook. He retains a teaching appointment as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Periodontics at the University of Florida.
To date, Dr. Forrest has placed more than 20,000 dental implants while serving as the Clinical Director of 5th Avenue DENTAL, an elite multi-specialist dental center based in Boca Raton, Florida. Dr. Forrest had the honor to spend five years on the Clear Choice Dental Implant Team. He lectures nationwide to practitioners on his methodology, teaching others how to attain the highest possible results in implant dentistry.
He maintains a reputation for achieving excellent results by consistently following the basic principles of proper treatment planning and team synergy. With a passion for dentistry and an artistic flair for creating beautiful smiles, Dr. Forrest serves patients from the South Florida community and nationwide. He continues to treat many of the most complex and challenging cases. His goal is to transform lives by restoring hope, health, and smiles. One patient at a time.
